First: Download Imagetuner

Second: Install Imagetuner and launch Imagetuner

1: Change the “save to” folder
2: Select the output size (1024 x 767) for TMCC contests
3: Select output format (Jpeg @ 90% should work for TMCC contests)
4: Add individual files or whole folders.
5: Start conversion.
