Here is our info from Lorie Gregor:

On behalf of the Arts Commission, we look forward to having you at the 2nd annual Take Part in Art Expo on Saturday, June 18, 2016.

Please arrive between 8:00 – 8:30 am to set up your booth. Park on the west side of the barn and enter through the west doors. Please do not bring any coolers into the barn. The Arts Center and the Centennial Band will set up on the south patio.

The event begins at 9:00 am and runs until 12:00 pm. By participating you agree that you will not tear down until after the event.

If you have a performance you will receive a separate email after the deadline with a schedule.

As of this email there are 13 confirmed booths and the deadline is June 8! We are very excited about the level of participation. Organizations include: Thunder Mountain Camera Club, Veterans Art Center, Inspire Dance Company, Mesa County Libraries, GJ Music Teachers Association, GJ Centennial Band, Grand Mesa Sweet Adelines, Grand Valley Woodcarvers, Grand Valley Wood Turners, Help Hospitalized Veterans Arts and Crafts Center, The Art Jewelers Guild, Super Rad Art Jam, Western CO Writers Forum, and the Arts Center. If there is a group you know of that isn’t on this list, please email me their contact information. We don’t want to leave anyone out!

Attendees will be given a Passport to Art which they must gather signatures from each booth so they can be entered into the drawing for the prizes you’ve so graciously donated.

In an effort to spread the word we would appreciate it if you can post on social media and forward to your email groups the attached poster. If you’d like copies just email me and I will get them to you.

The more interesting you make your booth the more people will gravitate towards it – be creative! This is your opportunity to interact with the public and let them know what you are about!

If you have any questions please call me at 970-254-3876.
