We are having an open board meeting on June 5th at 6pm. We will be discussing several issues, and would like to invite anyone willing to participate and help cover the duties of the Vice President, namely by job sharing. We usually all work together to fill in the calendar, so we’d love for you to see what we need. Even if you’d only like to do a few tasks and not the entire job tasks. Among this topic we will be discussing the following:

1. Planning Events, Competitions, Classes and speakers for the next 3 months.

2. Discuss non-profit status and rent costs with the remaining budget.

3. Proceeding with the calendar and other fundraising ideas.

4. Review job descriptions and bylaws and make proposal for any changes necessary

5. Discussion of raising dues in 2019.

6. Filling the role(s) of VP, Competition chair and Banquet Chair

7. Other topics as discussed
