We will be meeting at the Glade park store at 7pm and headed toward the Miracle Rock area. We have prime sky for milky way, Persied Meteor shower as well as dabble in some light painting or star trails. Bring clothes to keep warm, chairs, head lamps, tripods, remotes, warm charged batteries etc. Bring your manual if you don’t know how to adjust your camera’s long-exposure settings. Take a few minutes to watch this tutorial, it has the equation to calculate how long you can expose for without getting star trails based on your lens(es) I suggest you do this homework beforehand since we won’t have service, if you don’t already know your preferred settings. This video has helped me a great deal.
